Any individual or legal entity can make payments using Pix, as long as they have a transactional account (cash deposit account, popularly known as checking account, savings deposit account or prepaid payment account, digital wallet) with a payment service provider (financial institutions or payment institutions) participating in the PIX.

The customer does not need to have a bank account to make payments with Pix. You can use an account at a payment service provider (financial institution or payment institution) participating in Pix. You can make the payment with Pix in the following ways:

When paying by Pix, we immediately verified the payment, which does not require the presentation of proof at the time of the reconnection service. But it is necessary for the customer to perform the service through the dealership's website or WhatsApp requesting the reconnection and to inform that the payment was made with Pix.

According to the Civil Code, accounts due on non-working days are postponed to the immediately following business day, regardless of the payment method used to settle the obligation.

Thus, although the transfer via Pix sensitizes transactional accounts almost immediately, even on non-business days, if an invoice is due on a non-working day, the obligation can be paid on the first subsequent business day.

With Pix you can pay overdue and overdue invoices.

It is possible to pay invoices in installments, as long as your digital wallet allows payment in installments.

You can only change the amount to be paid or cancel the transaction only before payment is confirmed. After confirmation, as the settlement of the PIX occurs in real time, the transaction cannot be canceled. However, you can negotiate with the receiver to return the amount paid.
