Neoenergia and Comerc sign a partnership to develop distributed energy generation projects
The operation was formalized this Wednesday (27) and is subject to approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE)

Neoenergia, through its affiliate Geração CIII S.A, and the Comerc Energia Group, represented by its affiliate Mori, made official, this Wednesday (27), the creation of a Holding with shared control for the development and operation of projects dedicated to the distributed generation of energy, through photovoltaic solar panels, potentially in the States of Bahia, São Paulo, Rio Grande do Norte, Pernambuco and the Federal District. Investments will be made as the projects progress.
The signed transaction was also reported to the market on Wednesday (27) and its conclusion is subject to approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), in addition to the verification of other usual conditions for this type of transaction.
