Neoenergia launches campaign to strengthen customer relationships

In the first phase, the action will include guidance on the consumer's electricity bill

 

On

the eve of Consumer Day, Neoenergia launches a campaign focusing on customer relationships to establish even closer communication based on five themes: electricity bill, rights and duties, efficient energy use, safe energy use, and scheduled shutdown. The customer is at the center of our business. We want our public to be well informed about all the benefits provided to them by the company. In this way, we make their experience even more pleasant, anticipating customer needs and bringing improvements to their satisfaction,” explains Evani Montechesi, Customer Experience Superintendent at

Starring Neoenergia collaborators and digital influencers, the campaign has a simple and attractive language. In this first phase, the objective is to guide the customer to read the electricity bill correctly, indicating, for example, the fields on energy consumption for the period and all available forms of payment

Focusing on the quality of services provided to 16.6 million clients, the company created, last year, a board exclusively dedicated to customer experience. In addition, all stores for in-person service will be modernized by the end of the year in the concession areas of the five distributors — Neoenergia Brasília (DF); Neoenergia Coelba (BA), Neoenergia Cosern (RN), Neoenergia Elektro (SP/MS) and Neoenergia Pernambuco. So far, 55 are ready. To further strengthen the relationship with the customer, the Neoenergia app has been modernized, now centralizing 40 functionalities

As part of the customer relationship action, Neoenergia also reinforces the importance of keeping the registration up to date. With the correct data, customers can receive notifications when a scheduled shutdown is scheduled, have a better chance of participating in campaigns promoted by the distributors, and have their issues answered more quickly.
