“Neoenergia Talents of the Future” will award students with the best

product and service solutions for energy customers

Neoenergia is open for enrollment until August 23 for the Neoenergia Future Talents Program, which will select 30 university students in Engineering, Economics and Management, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Students from the sixth period onwards, interested in presenting innovative solutions for new products and services focusing on the free energy market, can apply. The three best ideas will be awarded.

“The initiative brings us closer to the students and shows how much Neoenergia wants to build a sustainable environment by attracting innovative and creative talent. We are committed to being a company of opportunities, where people can show their potential and have the chance to be part of our team ,” says Régia Barbosa, superintendent of People and Organization.

The company's objective is to strengthen the culture of innovation, consolidating partnerships with Brazilian educational institutions and research centers. The students selected for the program will participate in training and lectures, and will be divided into groups to present their solutions. Everyone will receive a certificate of participation. The top three finishers will win trophies and shopping vouchers in various amounts. In addition, the group with the best idea will visit the Neoenergia Renewable Operations Center in Rio de Janeiro
