Neoenergia is increasingly consolidating its presence on social media. On Instagram, the company

has just surpassed 540 thousand followers, keeping it at the top of the platform among companies in the electricity sector, with a growth of 440% compared to last year. On TikTok, she became a pioneer, also in the segment, when she launched a challenge (branded mission). With creative content, the idea was to attract the audience about safe care on the network. The result of marketing actions with clients is added to the engagement with young audiences through music

“Neoenergia has a clear vision of positioning. The proposal is to get closer and closer to our clients and the general public, stimulating engagement with creative content that awakens a high connection with the brand”, affirms Lorenzo Perales, Marketing Director at Neoenergia. For the executive, the actions that have been taken also help strengthen the brand in the sector. “We want to lead the energy market as an innovative and sustainable company that offers energy solutions that provide the best experiences to people and companies across the country,” he added.

The promotions promoted on Instagram with a focus on consumers stand out. The “Neoenergia Pay Your Bill” campaign raffled R$ 500 in one-year electricity bill credits for delinquent customers in the concession areas of the five distributors — Neoenergia Brasília (DF), Neoenergia Coelba (BA), Neoenergia Cosern (RN), Neoenergia Elektro (SP/MS) and Neoenergia Pernambuco (PE). TikTok

With a focus on increasing safety and encouraging the proper use of the electrical grid, the launch of the branded mission “Neoenergy Anti-Shock Troop” aimed to stimulate engagement with the public in concession areas. The idea was to reduce occurrences, such as irregular connections and accidents in electrical installations in civil construction, especially among customers. With the success, the company reached twice the average of other brands in branded missions on the platform. Altogether, the challenge had more than 2.2 million likes

To encourage decarbonization with young audiences, Neoenergia approached the segment of major musical events and signed a partnership with The Town 2023 (São Paulo) and Rock in Rio 2024 (Rio de Janeiro). The company offers energy solutions to make these events more sustainable, with the supply of solar-powered lighting poles and electric carts. In addition, the company launched a challenge to engage the innovation community, including startups, researchers and specialists, to create projects to decarbonize major musical events that can be performed in the future.
