A success on Instagram, the promotion will award consumers who are up to date with their payments with credits of R$500 and R$5,000 until January 2025.

Neoenergia's "Digitalized, Won" promotion is entering its final stretch. By January of next year, the company will be giving away another 180 customers who will have the chance to reset their electricity bills for 24 months. Across the five distributors, 300 customers have already been awarded R$500.00 in credits. To take part, those interested must be up to date, have their registration updated on the website, adhere to the digital invoice and make payments by digital means, such as PIX or automatic debit. In all, Neoenergia will distribute a total of R$ 375,000 in discounts on electricity bills. Each distributor has four more draws to hold until January next year, with prizes of R$500 and a special bonus of R$5,000 in bill credits. The promotion is valid throughout the concession areas of Neoenergia Brasília (DF), Neoenergia Coelba (BA), Neoenergia Cosern (RN), Neoenergia Elektro (SP and MS) and Neoenergia Pernambuco (PE). Customers must meet the criteria for the gold, silver and bronze categories, according to the regulations. To be in with a chance of winning, you need to use the app and follow Neoenergia's Instagram profile. The prize must be used in full within a maximum of 24 months from the date of receipt.

"We believe that technology is a tool that can speed up our customers' daily lives. Neoenergia is a pioneer in digitizing commercial processes. That's why the promotion encourages payments via PIX or automatic debit, as well as receiving digital invoices by email, SMS or WhatsApp. The promotion also expands the connection between our brand and our digital platforms," says Maria Aragão, Neoenergia's Collection Strategy Manager.
