The winners of 2019 Época Negócios Reclame Aqui — Best Companies for the Consumer were announced this Monday night (11/04) in São Paulo.
 

In its ninth edition, the award recognized the 101 best companies, in addition to the winners in six special categories.
 

467 companies were submitted to popular voting, and 101 brands received the highest number of votes in their categories and were awarded. This is the case of Elektro, a Neoenergia's distributor in São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, elected as the champion in the of Utility category, receiving over 39 thousand votes. Neoenergia's distributors in Pernambuco and Bahia, Celpa and Coelba, were ranked second and third, with 15 and 11 thousand votes, respectively. 

This award was created aiming to recognize companies who provide the best service to Brazilian consumers. Companies recognized with reputation ratios of Good, Excellent or RA 1000 (highest service certification) in Reclame Aqui are eligible to participate. This year, the ratios analyzed refer to the period from June 1, 2018 to May 30, 2019. ​
