The lot purchased in Simões Filho was the first step towards a smooth retirement for Seu João, better known as the “manager” in the community. The house was built with a gasoline engine and a solar panel. Married to Marileide, with 3 children and 1 grandchild, Seu João lives from retirement and backhoe services.
