On the Web Note Portal, you can consult everything about your orders, billing requests, provisioning of electronic invoice payments and the payments made, as well as other relevant data.

We want to provide our suppliers with access to the platform and user manuals so that they can access all the information they need.

If you are a supplier and you already have a contractual relationship with Neoenergia, we provide you with the Web Note Portal.
All information provided is confidential, so that all technical precautions have been taken to guarantee the confidentiality and veracity of all the

data consulted.

Registration to the Web Notes Portal

To access the Portal, you will have received the access link, username and password in the e-mail registered in our system.
From this email, you can access the Web Notes Portal with the following data:

Company CNPJ, numbers only.
Generic password that will be modified the first time you log in.

If you have any questions about the registration process on the Web Note Portal, we put our Provider Service Team at your disposal.

When accessing the Neoenergia and Elektro Web Notes Portal, you will find in the Information Content option for Neoenergia, and Elektro in the Notice Board option, the manual with all the instructions for carrying out the processes within the platform, and additional information.

Registration request: by e-mail: atendimentofornecedor@neoenergia.com containing the company's CNPJ and the desired Web Note Portal (Neoenergia or

Elektro).

Access to the Neoenergia Web Note Portal app: https://portalfornecedor.neoenergia.com and the Elektro Web Note Portal: portalor.elektro.com.br

On the Web Notes Portal, you can consult and monitor billing processes.

You can view the data (CNPJ and E-mail), as Neoenergia has them registered in its systems and the data of the Neoenergia Group companies with which they provide the services.

Access to the Web Notes Portal app

Access to the Neoenergia Web Notes Portal is centralized through a single administrator user who will be responsible. For other users, a request must be made by the Company's Legal Representative, forwarding the required forms and documents. More information with the Supplier Service Team.
