Meet the brand's ambassadors, who make up a team full of energy!
The practice of sports is an important agent of social change and a powerful tool for fostering the discussion about gender equity. Committed to the development of women's sports in Brazil, Neoenergia supports women from various sports and encourages their
champion trajectories.

Commitment to women's sports

Thus, the Neoenergia Team was born, made up of victorious athletes and
full of energy - an energy that propels them towards new challenges
and achievements.

2025

Rayane Soares

Rayane Soares is Team Neoenergia's first Paralympic athlete. Rayane became Paralympic champion after winning the 400 meters in the T13 class (visual impairment) at the Paris 2024 Games. In addition to the gold medal, the athlete broke the world record for the competition, a mark that had lasted since 1995. He also brought silver to Brazil in the 100 meters in the T13 class. She was born in Maranhão and grew up in the Federal District, where she entered the Paralympic sport in 2015 and built

a winning career.

At 28, the runner has a big dream: to be the first Brazilian Paralympic athlete to compete in Olympic athletics events. With the support of Neoenergia, it hopes to improve training on the athletic tracks in search of qualification for the Olympic Games. For her, visual impairment from birth, resulting from the malformation of the eyeballs, is not an obstacle to achieving this goal.
