The Mobile Emergency Tower is a technology that provides greater mobility and agility in the restoration of broken networks, compared to conventional operation, as it facilitates the approach to the lines and because it has an automated assembly.

The structure, which is used to replace suspension and anchoring structures, is lifted by a remotely controlled system, for use in 69kV to 138kV subtransmission lines, in temporary and emergency situations, or in the construction of new lines.

It is made of aluminum alloy, telescopic, with four modules with automated installation, 16.50 meters high, 1600 kg, transported on a vehicle platform.

The Mobile Emergency Tower will soon be available to the market through a licensed partner.

These are the main benefits of the Mobile Emergency Tower:

• Reduction of the time and cost of responding to emergency maintenance activities on 69kV and 138kV subtransmission lines;
• It covers preventive activities and construction works for new lines of vertical and triangular structures;
• More safety during assembly in view of the automation of the tilting and lifting of the modules;
• Reduction of travel time to service locations;
• Flexibility in transportation on a vehicle platform (trailer) using medium 4x4 pickup, without tractors and trucks;
• Versatility of suspension and anchoring mounting configurations of electric power distributors in Brazil;
• Parking through anchors.

The Mobile Emergency Tower can be transported by medium 4x4 pickup, tractor or truck, all with a minimum traction capacity of 3500 kg, with a trailer with a load capacity of 1500 kg and a winch that allows the tower to be tilted.
