The ADR9000 is an equipment intended for the complete field or laboratory inspection of electrical, electromechanical or electronic energy meters, providing the technician with a reliable decision-making tool regarding the need to remove and replace the meter.

These are the main benefits of the ADR9000:

  • Performs the technical evaluation of the meter in current ranges defined by the regulations;
  • More reliable calibrations, reflecting improved customer satisfaction;
  • Reduction in the shipment of meters to the distributors' laboratories;
  • Reduction of undue charges for both the customer and the dealership.

The equipment performs tests on meters without the consumer being turned off and can be performed between 5 and 10 minutes, obtaining as a result the characteristics regulated in the standards that define active energy meters and the in-service verification of meters, with the benefit of maintaining real conditions of use.
The measurement process of the ADR900 is quite simple and meets all the standards required by the regulations, in addition to having a lower cost and the customer is not disconnected at any time. Additionally, tests are performed in various operating modes and reduces the need for replacement meters maintained by the dealership.

The innovative solution has the following features:

1. Connection to the meter:

Fast, safe and efficient way of connecting to the meter, suitable for the vast majority of existing models. Being used as a plug-in, it eliminates the need to remove the meter, disconnect the customer, or modify the existing network. It identifies the conductors by color and modularization capacity and can be adjusted to different types of networks (single-phase, two-phase, three-phase) with different spacing between the connection points.

2. Fixation and positioning for operation:

Tripod with height and inclination adjustment, robust to support the weight of the equipment and with a practical system for anchoring the equipment and cables.

3. Dial tests and idle running:

Implementation of a test to verify the display (recorder) and a test to evaluate the behavior of the meter in an empty condition.

4. Remote operation interface:

Remote operation interface on an Android device with features such as graphic and numerical visualization of quantities, generation of reports with the possibility of sharing, user management, photographic recording, among others.

5. Market design:

Optimization of the design of the equipment for insertion into the market, with characteristics aligned with those of the other equipment already sold by the partner.
The ADR 9000 meets all technical and metrological regulations required for laboratory tests and has calibration certificates issued by institutions accredited by INMETRO.
