Para o crescer profissionalmente dentro da Neoenergia, Fabrício traçou propósitos que o levaram a buscar ainda mais a dedicação e qualificação em seu trabalho. Ele passou por cursos de Rede de Telecomunicações, Engenharia Elétrica e MBA em Projeto e Gestão Empresarial.
Erik Linguester, engenheiro especialista
Foi como menor aprendiz que Erik iniciou sua vida profissional na Neoenergia, logo após apresentar um bom desempenho no curso realizado pelo Senai, em parceria com a empresa. Hoje, celebra 22 anos na companhia, Erik passou pelos cargos da categoria de Menor Aprendiz, Eletricista Manutenção, Operador do COI, Analistas de Operações do COI e Especialista de Engenharia do COI, todos na Neoenergia Elektro, destes cargos sendo 14 anos dentro do Centro de Operações Integradas (COI).
Sendo engenheiro especialista do COI da Neoenergia Elektro, a carreira profissional de Erik dentro da concessionária também foi um sonho do pai. “A melhor decisão que eu tomei foi entrar na Elektro, que era também o sonho do meu pai. Aqui, eu me desenvolvi, voltei a estudar, fiz engenharia e MBA. Meu pai era técnico em elétrica, mas eu realizei os outros sonhos dele e ele já não estava mais aqui. Hoje, eu sei que ele está vendo sempre de perto minhas conquistas.”, confessou o especialista.
Erik era de Rio Claro (SP), se mudou para Campinas com esposa e filhas, onde conseguiu construir sua vida através do emprego. A oportunidade interna para Erik foi essencial para a mudança de vida dele e da família.
