Internship Program

Neoenergia is looking for talents interested in building a career in the organization and is looking for people from different areas to work as interns in its business units distributed in the five states of Brazil - Bahia, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro - and in the Federal District.

The Neoenergia Internship Program aims to develop young talents through active participation in the company's routine, processes and projects, facing challenges and overcoming them with innovative initiatives. The program lasts up to two years and throughout the process, the student will have access to a development path and several benefits offered by the company.

What are the requirements to participate?

Eligible courses: higher education (bachelor's, licentiate or technologist) and technical level.

Higher education students (last 4 semesters) or technical education students (last 2 semesters).

Availability of 6 hours of internship per day (during business hours).

In 2020, the Program focused on actions that would minimize the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on communities. Currently, employees participate in initiatives in various locations, in order to promote solidarity and help others, especially to the vulnerable population.
