Company receives Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification

based on the assessment of the employees themselves

Neoenergia has just been certified by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil. With around 16,000 employees across the country, the company met 84% of the criteria required for the award of the seal. The GPTW is known globally for evaluating the level of work environment satisfaction among employees

The executive explains that to obtain the certificate, Neoenergia had the participation of 84% of employees through an anonymous and confidential survey. According to Folchetti, the company constantly encourages the development of its employees, in addition to promoting well-being in its units. In 2023, the company registered an increase of around 14% in the number of training activities, with an average of around 100 hours per employee
