Neoenergia distributors win Best in Management Award 2024

Recognition is the most important of excellence in business management in the country

Rio de Janeiro, March 20, 2024

Neoenergia was awarded this Wednesday by the National Quality Foundation (FNQ) in four categories of the Best in Management Award 2024. This is the second time that the company has been recognized by the FNQ. The distributors Neoenergia Cosern (RN) and Neoenergia Elektro (SP/MS) won the highest award in the gold category, with the best management practices, according to the MEG management excellence model. Neoenergia Pernambuco (PE) was highlighted in the silver category, and Neoenergia Coelba (BA

) in bronze.

Conducted annually, the Best in Management® recognition process highlights world-class organizations that are references in management. Neoenergia competed with other companies that passed the visitation phase and were evaluated by examiners. The trained professionals selected organizations that meet all the Foundations of Excellence evaluated by eight criteria (Leadership, Strategy and Plans, People, Processes, Clients, Society, Results, Information, and Knowledge), as well as presenting results in management performance

Created in 1991, the National Quality Foundation is a non-profit institution whose objective is to widely disseminate the Foundations of Management Excellence to organizations of all sectors and sizes.
